Doch auch während eines Praktikums, sowie im Berufsleben kann guy die Teamarbeit nicht umgehen. In jeder establishment/ in jedem Betrieb ist die Teamarbeit ein essentieller Bestandteil, ohne den ein zielorientiertes Arbeiten schwer bis gar nicht möglich wäre.

Besonders in der Sozialen Arbeit spielen groups und Teamarbeit eine große Rolle, da guy sich nicht nur in einem Mitarbeiterteam befindet, sondern auch klassische Methoden der Sozialen Arbeit anwenden muss, wie z.B. die „Soziale Gruppenarbeit“. Das Berufsleben macht einen sehr großen Teil unseres Lebens aus, weshalb es notwendig ist, sich mit diesen Themen auseinander zu setzen, um richtig handeln zu können.

Vor allem in den letzten Jahren kamen der intestine funktionierenden Gruppenarbeit viele Faktoren in die Quere, die eine harmonische und gute Leistung behindern. Damit eine Teamarbeit besser bzw. überhaupt funktioniert, muss ein staff psychische Resilienz besitzen. Psychische Resilienz bedeutet psychische Widerstandsfähigkeit.
